My background
I’m 43 years old. I’ve always tried to stay grounded, work hard, and make the most of every opportunity—especially when it comes to darts, which has been a big part of my life from an early age.
I grew up in a darting family—my dad, my brothers, and I all played in the Wimborne League. That’s really where it all started for me, and I played my first ever league game at 14. Since then, the game has always been with me, and I’ve just kept building on that foundation year by year.
I was selected for county darts in 2013, and I’ve been playing at that level ever since. It’s been a big part of my development and something I’ve taken a lot of pride in.
I work for Penta GRP, and I’m genuinely grateful for the support they’ve given me in pursuing my passion. Having that backing has allowed me to focus on improving and competing at a higher level.
I’m currently ranked number 1 in ADC Vaults and number 1 in the UKDA Premier Championship Division. Those rankings mean a lot to me, but I see them as a reflection of the work that’s gone in so far rather than anything I take for granted. I also play on the PDC Challenge Tour, where I’m constantly learning and testing myself against strong competition.
One of my recent highlights was reaching the semi-finals of the ASC Global Championships. It was a proud moment, but also a reminder that there’s still more to achieve and improve on.
I’m especially proud to be making my England debut this April. Representing my country is a real honour, and it’s something I don’t take lightly.
Outside of darts, I’m a father and I’m engaged, and my family means everything to me. They keep me motivated and give me the balance I need.
I just try to keep improving, stay consistent, and see where the journey takes me.
