Tri nations weekend 17-19 April

The weekend started pretty solid all round for the England boy and girls youth, pretty certain it was all one and dusted for Englad within a couple of hours, they played fantastic and there are some serious players among the youth system then when they turn 18 darts once again will take another fantastic turn and one i cannot wait to see happen.

The Ladies once again showed their class and retained their title for another year, OUTSTANDING really to watch and to see them win another title.

Onto the men's on Sunday was a completely different story all together, we managed to beat Scotland, so that meant we had to beat or at least draw with Wales, after going 3-1 down against Scotland we managed to fight back as a team to secure the win. on a personal note I didn't win a point for my Country as disappointing as this was for me i didn't play to bad in my first game against Jamie Baine, wiring D20 for the 154 and D12 for the 81 for a 11 dart break of throw to go all the way but take nothing away from either player i had on the weekend they played outstanding and Mark Challenger from Wales who beat me in the second game was quality! 3-3 and i had bust 8 to win then he poked out the 102, Bloody brilliant darts and at that level missing one or two darts isn't a great a idea :).

Well regardless i have a England cap, all be it I didn't play nearly as well to what i have and that's my own fault, the crowd were respectful and the production and everything around the games were brilliant it just wasn't to be yesterday and that unfortunately is darts, so i recompose tonight back to ADC vaults then Germany end of the month for more challenge tours.
